"Open Hearts, Humble Service, Growing in Faith"

Over the past few days, God has been evident in the blessings that have flowed in both directions. We are daily seeing and experiencing the Fruits of the Spirit. Monday, February 6th, finds us living in the orphanage in Jinotega enjoying the smiles and hugs of the children.

Today we held our first medical clinic in the Jinotega Medical Center where we treated 202 patients ranging in age from 3 months to 91 years old. Dr. Bonnie's first patient was surprised to discover she was pregnant. One hundred and fifty received eyeglasses, giving them a new "view" on life.

Thanks to the construction team of Piltz, Ken Blythe and Ken Evans, we are now enjoying our first hot showers!!! No photos are available, but let's just say that it was truly an "electrifying" experience for the crew.
